Hana Financial Group is a customer using the old EzQ Messenger products, and has promoted a UX/UI applied advancement project that meets the latest trends with the aim of revitalizing changes in communication methods, work environment, and work culture in the field.
In particular, director Kim Bong geun, who organized the project, said that the latest version of EzQ Messenger, optimized for securities/finance and large-scale systems, is receiving good reviews from customers based on "the application of UX/UI that enhances user convenience, the advancement of UC functions, and a stabilized system suitable for mobile usage environments."
An official from Hana Financial also evaluated that the efficiency of the system has increased thanks to UX/UI, which has improved user convenience, and a mobile messenger environment that allows communication and work anytime, anywhere, and said that it is receiving favorable reviews from executives and employees of group companies.
In addition, it is predicted that the new version of messenger will become an important system in the company by providing scalability and convenience through the click-to-call function through IP-PBX interworking and various key system notifications.
