The Messenger Is the Core of Communication and Information Delivery

Service Top,' which operates a large organization of 4,000–5,000 people, has unified its multiple internal communication systems around EzQ (S-Talk)

Q. What was your communication and work approach before adopting EzQ?

We communicated using a mix of several internal systems, generally with employees of similar work patterns using email or other individual messengers among themselves.

Q. What was the biggest reason for adopting and settling on EzQ as your company-wide messenger?

We determined that information delivery by 'messenger' would be the clearest and most effective. Quickly disseminating important content — product sales info, updated regulations and policies, new events — across the company is essential, and EzQ best matched this purpose. We now use EzQ (S-Talk) as our unified main communication system.

Q. What feature are you currently using most effectively in the field?

We use the messenger's note function and org chart/user search most frequently. The messenger's 'real-time notes' feature is most effective for real-time work communication and delivering clear information to a large number of people.

Q. What differentiated strength has Service Top experienced with EzQ?

EzQ responds quickly and accurately to what's needed in the field. It's reassuring that they genuinely listen to feedback and work to reflect it quickly in product improvements — this is also why we gave it a satisfaction score of 4.9.

Q. Are there any changes or directions for development you'd like to see going forward?

Now that it has become our main communication channel with significantly increased usage, we hope for functional enhancements for sending announcements to large groups more efficiently — such as easier recipient tagging/editing and reusable recipient groups.
