The Korea Rural Community Corporation has completed construction of a next generation Enterprise Portal in February and been operating the portal since then. The Portal System of the Rural Community Corporation is currently operating reliably and receiving the attention of all sectors of industry, especially other public institutions for which that construction has enabled communication, collaboration and an integrated business environment that is being highlighted in these public institutions. The case of the Rural Community Corporation, which actively reflected the necessity of work, has been standard case of Portal System construction from the menu configuration, SNS, and Messenger to Design.
By implementing rural maintenance business and agricultural banking business in an environmentally friendly and comprehensive management of agricultural infrastructure, and by promoting farming scale rationalization of farmers experiencing economic and social development of rural areas and growth of agricultural productivity, the Korea Rural Community Corporation has completed the construction of next generation enterprise portal in February.
The system uses the existing portal that was constructed seven years ago, which works well enough. However, this system does not fit the current situation, and i will have to be reconstructed.

Strengthening SNS (Social Network System) functions in-company.
In this portal system has greatly enhanced SNS functions in-company. Through SNS communication between staff it also became possible, of course, to share work. For communication between staff, it changed the field of communication that had been operating in the form of the existing bulletin type to a cafe type that has attracted attention for becoming a "Wisdom place" for collective intelligence with regard to the communication. Construction an in-company SNS, cafes, Discussion room and Wiki encyclopedia in Wisdom Place will be able to take advantage of collaboration and communication.
Rural Community Corporation is preparing the "wisdom place" as the base of ECM foundation for collective intelligence. The ongoing work to reinforce this content, develop collective intelligence platform, is related to the year and plans to launch a full-scale business in the next year.
The Rural Community Corporation has constructed certificate-based integrated login system by introducing the SSO engine while constructing a portal system. This made it possible to access the portal not only by username and password, but through the certificate. It is also a striking passage portal, in that it allows the user to change the password directly. Previously, administrators were able to reset the password of employees but now, all of the staff can be initiated directly by utilizing SMS or instant messenger and evaluated; this has increased business efficiency and security as well.
It is also a major feature of this system, in conjunction with the Messenger and Porta,l that allows one to handle most tasks in the portal. It allows users to search for personnel on the portal and send notes or make a phone call to those emplyees.

In addition to the improvement of UI usability in the new portal system, the user support environment was also greatly expanded. UI improvements significantly improved ease of use for tasks such as viewing chart directly from the Messenger, sending a message or making a call. Removing the Active-X has applied a cross-browser, including support for the latest version of Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome. Supporting the PC environment has also been expanded for Windows 7, 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) of MS by supporting a PC virtualization (VDI).
The Source also has improved public support for electronic payment. Originally established features are also supported as well as payment documents and Privacy detection. Previously, cancelation on the approval process was impossible but now, an intermediate payment has been added so that cancellation is possible.
