Service Top Co., Ltd. was established in July 2010 and mainly operates the call center and telemarketing business. It is a subsidiary of SK Telecom. The number of employees is about 4,000, and its head office is located in Daejeon and is composed of about 40 branches nationwide.
The key goal of the project is to speed up communication and improve work efficiency among service towers that are distributed throughout the country. It uses EzQ8.0's organization chart and dialogue with group-based messages mostly and its key point is to deliver policies that are frequently changed in real time. Through quick conversation function across branches, this strategy allows for sharing and applying required information instantly to increase the quality of customer service.
