Since introducing the EzQ Messenger in 2011, Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) has consistently enhanced the system to improve usability and performance. In response to changes in its business systems, evolving work environments, and emerging market trends, KNOC recently reviewed new feature requirements and decided to proceed with a comprehensive upgrade project aimed at boosting user convenience, strengthening security, and enhancing system performance.
According to the project lead at KNOC, user satisfaction with the current messenger system and Eznix’s services remains consistently high. The upgraded solution will inherit and improve integration features with the corporation’s various internal systems, resulting in faster and more stable operations. In particular, the addition of IP-PBX integration for call control and remote management, along with SSO authentication and security patch enhancements, is expected to further establish the messenger as a core internal system.
Executive Director Bong-Geun Kim, who is leading the project at Eznix, stated that the new system will be built on upgraded hardware and feature the latest EzQ Messenger v8.0 PlusPack. This will deliver the performance levels the client expects, ensure stable service, and provide scalability for future integration with mobile systems and additional enterprise platforms.
