Korea South-East Power (KOEN) has successfully completed a messenger system upgrade project aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening internal communication.
Since first introducing the EzQ Messenger in October 2009, KOEN has been a flagship client, continuously improving efficiency, productivity, and communication through a Unified Communications (UC) framework. This has included integrations with key enterprise systems such as call control, system alerts, and centralized document management.
The recent project focused on upgrading the messenger system most frequently used in daily operations. This included applying a new design aligned with the latest UI/UX standards and enhancing chat functionalities to match current trends.
Notably, the adoption of EzQ Messenger v8.0 PlusPack allowed KOEN to perform targeted module upgrades, shortening the implementation timeline and minimizing risks associated with system changes. This resulted in the establishment of a stable and efficient system environment.
