KOTRA first introduced the business messenger of Eznix in 2003 and has been using it for more than 16 years.
To meet the changing IT trend and increase user satisfaction and productivity, KOTRA decided to upgrade the version to EzQ8.0 in October 2019.
Through this upgrade project, data from existing PC messengers were transferred as it was, and SSO function was added to enable real-time notification and immediate access to the system by adopting UI and design reflecting the latest trend, and linking with electronic payment and e-mail systems.
After the PC messenger upgrade, the introduction of mobile messenger is being considered.
If PC and mobile messengers are deployed, more rapid and convenient communication between executives and employees around the world is expected.
