In December 2017, Eznix completed Korea Western Power Messenger System Advancing Project. In this project, Eznix applied FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) authentication method for the first time in messenger service industry to provide enhanced customer security and user convenience.
FIDO is international standard authentication technology that provides superior security than the traditional method by using unique biological characteristics such as user fingerprints, iris, veins and voice. In addition, since user need not to renew the biological information, it provides continuous utilization.
As the government's policy for the abolition of public certificates was announced, FIDO is highlighted as a substitute for certified certificates with strong security and user convenience.
