The Social Insurance Information System was established to improve the quality of nation-wide civil affair services by the mutual connection of resources of each agency’s information system of the 4 Major Social Insurances : National Pension, Health Insurance, Employment Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Insurance. 
This business process aims for the collaboration and achievement of various communication functions between the 4 major social insurances’ agency staff, including security for enhanced business efficiency, the introduction of a secured Unified Messenger function, response to the needs of advancing nation-wide telephone counseling service functions of the 4 Major Social Insurances, and improving counselling speed.

1. The Construction United Messenger for the 4 Major Social Insurances.
 -. The linkage of the window business systems of the 4 Major Social Insurance agencies and construction of PC-based United Messenger.
 -. The implementation of a security-based messenger function for  enhancing the communication functions between the staff of the 4 Major Social Insurances agencies.
